Day nine of the Olympic Games brought another wave of triumphs and medals for Team GB, and I couldn’t be more humbled to capture these moments on canvas once again. “Olympic Black” based on the iconic Olympic ring is now complete, showcasing the incredible medal victories as they happened .

Meeting Emma Wilson, the windsurfing sensation who clinched a bronze, was an absolute pleasure . And let’s not forget the remarkable achievements of Tom Ford and Rory Gibbs —they brought the gold home in style in the men’s 8’s! This painting is infused with elements of platinum and 24-carat gold, and is hopefully doing justice to all the athletes 

As I embark on a new artistic journey with painting , I look ahead with excitement as cycling and athletics take center stage. We are expected to win big so my brushes will be busy once again.

On a personal note, reconnecting with friends like Tom George and Ollie Wynn Griffith has added a special touch to this incredible experience. Their support and camaraderie over the years have been invaluable, and I look forward to seeing them again soon.
