Painting Live for Marie Curie

Marie Curie is a tremendous charity. They help people with terminal illness and its always a pleasure to be there helping them in anyway I can, whether it be producing live paintings, or commissions. I’ve recently been tutored by expert guilder Ricky Green how to use gold leaf and its a great material to be able to incorporate into my paintings. The following photos show my London Skyline which was painted on my experience from the BT Tower. Recently I was lucky enough to go to the BT Tower and experience the view one London. It really is the most diverse of Skylines with old and new buildings there together from the last 800 years. I really enjoy depicting the London skyline and I used 24 carat gold leaf in my painting.
