Delivery & Returns

Our Delivery Services

All orders will be fully insured for delivery, up to the cost of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we’re unable to guarantee a delivery date. Presently, we’re working with the following lead times, but please bear in mind these are just estimates:

  • Limited Edition Prints (Unframed) – Delivery within 14 days
  • T-Shirts – Delivery within 5 working days
  • Commissions – Timescale on enquiry

If you’d like a more accurate idea of delivery time and date, please contact us ahead of purchase for more immediate clarification.

Free Courier Delivery on all orders.

Worldwide Delivery

Please enquire before checkout, with further details of your address – and the item(s) you’re looking to purchase – for a delivery price outside of the UK.

Lost Deliveries

If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please contact us and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with the carrier service in question.

Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order and – as such – cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. In the event of damage in transit, or a fault of any kind with the product, please contact us, as soon as possible and certainly within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

Additional cancellation terms: Where Additional Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to any product or service you have ordered from us, these may also govern your cancellation rights and you should review these carefully;

Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or e-mail only) within the seven day period. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.

You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them. Products should be returned in their original packaging.
