It was a pleasure to travel up to Liverpool to produce a tribute painting to the 96 live at the hotel Crowne Plaza in Liverpool. This was created in association with kidsOut charity.  The painting depicts people lining up outside the Liver Building with the 96 on their shirts in tribute to the 96 football fans who tragically lost their lives in the Hillsborough disaster in 1989. The Liverpool people are very passionate and obviously this is a very sensitive issue for all concerned. I was pleased the painting was well received and honoured to produce this painting.
