Well, you can’t say I didn’t call it in my post yesterday… AND WHAT A TERRIFIC TUESDAY IT WAS!

Adding another 6(?!) medals to the already impressive haul. What a phenomenal showing by Team GB so far, and we’ve still got so, so much more to come. Can’t wait to put my spin on the velodrome and the track and field events and – hopefully – I’ll have plenty of medal moments to capture.

A fantastic 1-2 in the pool, by Tom Dean and Duncan Scott, scooping gold and silver respectively, was just the start we wanted. A bronze in the team gymnastics for Amelie Morgan, Jessica Gadirova, Jennifer Gadirova and Alice Kinsella, Bianca Walkden also scooped a taekwondo bronze, Charlotte Dujardin, Lottie Fry and Karl Hester won a team dressage bronze and Georgia-Taylor Brown, won a silver in the triathlon. Sheesh, what a couple of days for Team GB. So proud of everyone and everything they’re doing out in Tokyo.
