Day 13 – Sky’s the Limit

Sky Brown, the 13 year old skateboarder, dominated the news cycle for day 13. And rightly so, remaining calm and composed and leaving Tokyo with an incredible bronze in the skateboard park event.

Hannah Mills and Eilidh McIntyre won gold in the 470 sailing class, making Mills the most successful female Olympic sailor of all time after winning gold in Rio five years ago and winning silver in London in 2012.

Ben Maher then won gold in the individual showjumping event on board Explosion W after a dramatic six-horse jump-off.

Boxer Ben Whittaker secured a men’s light-heavyweight silver medal after Frazer Clarke took bronze in the men’s super-heavyweight division.

Another wildly successful day for Team GB and the work continues for me!
