I’m thrilled to be able to show a more unusual piece I’ve recently completed. This was fun! I was contact to complete a privately commissioned home gym mural for a massive United fan. This piece embodies some of – not only the most special players for Man United – but a very special manager and some equally special fans. Nothing to help you push through the burn, like reminiscing over some very special matches and moments.

In my tribute to the club and it’s supporters, I’ve shown the impassioned fans flooding into Old Trafford, the Theatre of Dreams, in celebration of some of their icons through the ages including Denis Law, Sir Bobby Charlton, Sir Matt Busby, Paul Scholes, Peter Schmeichel and Wayne Rooney. Over the years the Number 7 has become a much romanced squad number for United, with some big names and personalities having sported it over the years. Of those included in the mural, George Best, Eric Cantona, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo all famously wore the ‘7’ and have become icons for their extraordinary performances on the pitch.

Really enjoyed the trust and challenge on this one. I also love the depth that is provided to it, courtesy of the mirror. When you see it up close, it almost looks endless. Very cool. An awesome space for any united fan to work out.
